The Challenge
The dealership initially ran brand awareness campaigns focused on reach and impressions—but these efforts weren’t turning into real enquiries. During our consultation, I recommended shifting the focus from passive exposure to active lead generation.
My Solution
I created a Facebook Lead Generation campaign that made it easy for interested users to enquire directly within Facebook. To streamline the sales process, I also set up a Privyr account to capture leads instantly and send automatic email notifications to the sales team the moment a new enquiry came in.
